CALL FOR ART: Every1 Members' Spring Exhibit
Annual Group Exhibition of members' artwork, in which we invite every member to submit up to three recent pieces representing their best work. Our jury selects one piece by each member; hence the name Every1. The works in this exhibition are reviewed by a professional judge who presents awards at the Artist Reception. There is no theme, so the exhibition provides a view of the broad range of talent and skill possessed by guild members. Entry fee is $30 for up to 3 entries.

Paper: Materiality & Manipulation
Paper is ubiquitous yet rarely considered beyond its ability to hold pigments in a two-dimensional format. The fibers used to create it yield different types of paper that lend themselves well to varied forms of 3-dimensional art. This exhibition will explore the materiality of paper and its metamorphic qualities whether cast, cut, collage, folded, twisted, quilled, woven, stitched, or otherwise manipulated.

Free exhibit of artwork by Bartow Art Guild Members. This is a juried, judged show for which members are asked to exhibit their best work.

Beginning Watercolor with Martha Post
This course will introduce students to the principles and techniques of watercolor painting. Beginning April 5, 2025, students will receive 12 hours of instruction over four Saturdays, 12pm to 3pm. Patterns and printed instructions provided for each lesson. Class Dates: April 5, April 12, April 26, May 3. There will be no class on April 19 due to Easter weekend.
Member fee: $200 includes all materials (paper, brushes, palette, paints, etc)
Nonmember fee: $235 includes all materials (paper, brushes, palette, paints, etc)

Exhibition of artwork created through a collaborative effort. Each piece was started by a member and finished by a different member. The exhibit will include a photograph of what each piece looked like when it passed from one artist to the next.
